Which payment methods are accepted?

We give you the option of paying via Mastercard or VISA or alternatively, you can pay via your PayPal Account.

How long will delivery take?

We do our best to ensure Delivery is as fast and efficient as possible. We dispatch orders within 2 days of your order being received. We ask you to allow up to 7 business days for order within suburban areas. If you find yourself more remote, please allow 10 business days for your order to arrive.

How secure is shopping with

Of Course we take your privacy and information as vitally important. We do not store your Credit Card information at any stage. We use a 256bit encryption to ensure all payments and processes are as secure as can be.

What exactly happens after ordering?

It’s simple really….. We receive your order, we send it to our warehouse, they pick and pack your order within 48 hours of it being received and we get it to the courier as soon as possible so your order is in your hands within no time. Happy Days!!

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Firstly, we apologise if your order has not arrived in the expected time. We ask that you send us an email via the Contact Us page with your Name, Order Number and Date of Purchase. We will immediately follow up to determine where your order is and do our best to have it to you. We will keep you updated and informed of the status of your order as we go.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We send all receipts of purchase to your nominated email account (usually your email address you used to sign up with Alternatively, we keep a record of all your payments and purchases in your Account section accessible once logged in to your TASDeals Account.
