‘I tried to redeem my coupon for the amount paid and the business refused to honour it.’ If you were adhering to the Fine Print, we will make sure you can redeem your coupon as stated or give you a refund.
‘I tried to redeem my coupon and the business was closed.’ If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your coupon, we’ll find an alternate resolution.
Once you’ve paid for your coupon, you’ll receive an email confirmation and receipt with a copy of your coupon, which can be printed out. The email will also include a link to your ‘My Account‘ page, which also has a copy of your coupon and will allow you to print it out from there. All coupons are redeemed at the place or businesses offering the exclusive deal. You must present your unique coupon to the business and in some cases, bookings may be compulsory and you may have to state your TASDeals coupon code when making a reservation.
All coupons have a ‘Valid From’ date which must be adhered to. This is always stated in the Fine Print for each individual offer. If the coupon is already past its ‘Valid From’ date, then you may use the coupon immediately once purchased. If the coupon has not reached its ‘Valid From’ date, you cannot use the coupon and must wait until the specific date is reached. Please ensure you refer to all Fine Print and Terms and Conditions before purchasing an offer.
If your coupon has not reached your inbox of your nominated account, please ensure you check your Spam/Junk inbox as sometimes it may be filtered into there. If it is not located in either of your inbox’s, you can log in to your TASDeals account and navigate to your ‘My Account’ section. You will be provided with a full list of all your purchases and are able to print your coupon from here.
